On our most recent visit, 11/13/2009, we felt that a rating of Excellent  was most appropriate.

To quote our reviewer, "After 3 months in beef-free India, Ruth's Chris in Kowloon was as welcoming as a monsoon on a parched prairie. And they did not disappoint. The succulent New York Strip with broccoli au gratin followed their signature Shrimp Roumalade and once again garnered my appreciation for this chain. Mmmmm-hmmmm!"
